While some One Direction fans were left feeling betrayed and disappointed by Zayn Malik's decision to quit the band and leave 1D as 4/4, a lot of his fans stood by their man and supported him.A bunch, however, have bailed on Zayn following the whole drama with Naughty Boy and Louis Tomlinson that resulted in the music producer leaking Zayn's first solo demo song, "I Won't Mind."
Just how many fans have jumped ship? It's looking like Zayn lost 50,000 followers in the fallout of everything that's happened in the past week or so.
Where are you on the spectrum of supporting Zayn? Are you fully okay with and respect his decision or are you feeling like many others, that his statement to pursue life as a "normal 22-year old" was a bit of fluff? Or are you somewhere in the middle?
Maybe once the dust settles and Zayn looks to be living out of the spotlight more, some of those fans will come back and follow him.
