Nottingham Street Art Festival opens

Nottingham held their Street Art Festival launch party last Friday at Surface gallery. It was a collection of some of Nottingham's talented artists. 

I went down to have a look and I was impressed by the work on display. There were some really nice pieces. I do have one small complaint in that I couldn't find a price list for any of it! Or a list of the artists involved. There was also live art in the alley beside the gallery as well.

 
 And a fridge!

 The street art festival runs until the 11th of July with an event planned in Sneinton market on the 4th of July. You can still catch the pieces at Surface gallery until the 11th too. If you want to check out the line up then have a gawk at the Facebook page here.
